seoreign offers fair refunds on digital SEO services. Because our services involve significant skilled labour, blanket refunds are not available once work has progressed. We evaluate each case honestly.
If no work has begun and you cancel within 48 hours, a full refund is available. Work is considered to have begun once you receive your intake form, kickoff confirmation, or any initial deliverable.
If the audit is complete but no strategy or implementation has been delivered, a 65% refund of the total is issued. This covers the audit work performed.
If strategy has been approved and implementation is underway, we calculate the value of completed work and issue a refund for the remaining undelivered scope. This calculation is documented and shared before any refund is processed.
Refunds are not available once all deliverables are complete and approved, or if cancellation occurs more than 90 days after payment with no concerns raised during that period.
