Delivery Format

Deliverables arrive as: reports in PDF or Google Docs, spreadsheets in Google Sheets or CSV, keyword research and strategy documents, redirect maps and technical guides, and Looker Studio dashboard links for reporting engagements.

Start of Work

Work begins within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a project intake form to gather access and information. The formal start date is when the completed intake form is returned.

Monthly SEO Retainer: Ongoing. First report within 30 days of start.
Content Authority Building: Content brief within 5 days; articles delivered per editorial calendar.
Link Authority Campaign: Outreach begins within 10 days; placements within 30 to 45 days of start.
Technical SEO Performance: Audit delivered within 10 business days; implementation guide within 5 further days.
Local Search Domination: GBP optimisation within 7 days; citation cleanup within 14 days.
Traffic Recovery: Diagnosis report within 10 business days; fix plan within 5 further days.

Delays
